behind the phone (unseen presentations)

I don’t know if it’s that I have some sort of sad fantasy that I am good at presenting, but my hard drive is full of half finished or ill formed presentations.

One such presentation sitting in the forest of my hard drive, is this one – Behind the Phone

I think this presentation never made it because it’s far too aggressive, really you can’t treat the customer as inconvenience that this presentation suggests. It takes the concept of forced purchase to an extreme, one where the customer is just something you can move about.

That said, it’s has a grain of interesting premise in it. Channel shift is easy to say, but when you are spending a lot of time on the channel you want people to shift from, why would people move?
